I’m a therapist offering online and in-person therapy for adults across Cheshire and the UK who are ready to understand themselves better, ease anxiety, and rebuild confidence.

My Approach

Every person’s story is different, which is why I use an integrative, person-centred approach that combines gentle exploration with practical tools. You’ll always be met with empathy, honesty, and support, never pressure or judgment.

Together, we might explore:

  • Person-centred therapy – to help you lead your own healing process

  • CBT techniques – for managing anxious thoughts and daily overwhelm

  • Psychoeducation – to understand how your mind and nervous system work

Alongside my private practice, I co-founded The Little Hope Project. TLHP is a growing community for people living with ADHD, autism, and chronic health conditions who are seeking understanding and connection.

We create safe, sensory-friendly spaces online and in-person where people can share experiences, learn together, and feel less alone.
