A safe space to be yourself. No pressure. No judgment. Just connection.

The Little Hope Project began with a simple belief: that everyone deserves a space where they can just be.

Created by therapists and people with lived experience of ADHD, autism, and chronic health conditions, The Little Hope Project offers sensory-friendly, community-based spaces, both online and in person, where you can connect, share, and breathe a little easier.

It’s a growing community for people who’ve spent years feeling misunderstood or out of place, and who are now ready to find belonging and understanding in a space that truly gets it.

Why We Exist

So many people are living with invisible struggles: masking, burning out, or feeling like they don’t quite fit anywhere. We wanted to change that.

The Little Hope Project was created to:

Reduce loneliness and isolation through genuine, in-person connection.

Provide safe, neuro-affirming spaces for adults with ADHD, autism, and chronic health conditions.

Our Vision

What started as one small group in Cheshire is growing into a movement.

Our vision is to create Hope Points, satellite spaces across the UK where people can find local support, understanding, and connection.

Because when you have a space to belong, healing begins to feel possible.

What Happens In Our Groups

Our groups are friendly, informal, and rooted in compassion.

There’s no expectation to talk if you don’t want to. You can listen, share, learn, or simply sit in a space where you’re accepted as you are.

Each session is a little different, but you can expect:

Meet others who “get it” without needing to explain yourself

Peer connection
Gentle Learning
Community Care
Moments of Hope

Explore topics like self-worth, overwhelm, boundaries, and rest

Small, calm environments with sensory considerations in mind

Where you realise you were never the only one
